Hosting
We use some of the widest bandwidth connections available anywhere in the world: Using a total of 6 OC3 connections (2 from each of 3 backbone providers) provides a very robust network indeed. BGP4 Multihoming redundancy and 100mbps 100% Etherswitched Network is employed on the network. This allows immediate switching between backbone providers in the unlikely event of network failure.
Network and Server Monitoring
As well as standard automatic monitoring of the network lines and internet connections, an independent third party organisation is constantly monitoring the system. This means that 24hrs a day, the Network, HTML streams and ASP operation on each server is automatically tested. In the event that any error is detected, at least two support staff are immediately notified by pager, allowing problems to be quickly and efficiently rectified in the vast majority of cases.
