We are often asked to produce a comprehensive requirements document for a given enhancement to software and/or hardware systems, which then forms the basis of a request for quotations from potential suppliers. We can follow this up by assessing the relative merits of the resulting tenders and recommending a course of action.
We are also experts in providing less formal advice on general enhancements to existing systems, or on resolution of problems such as poor performance, unreliability, or lack of capacity. This can include time spent on-site configuring your system then explaining how it operates and can best be maintained, so providing in-house staff with the skills to carry out initial problem-solving without being reliant on a third party.
We have support agreements with many of our customers, guaranteeing that they have in-depth support whenever a problem arises. This can cover both hardware and software issues, and a maximum response time can be included as part of the agreement where mission critical systems are involved. Support agreements are tailored to suit each customer's requirements, ranging from telephone-based support to full on-site cover, and offer the peace of mind of a single point of contact in the event of system failure.
